PrideStaff - Detroit West is growing and searching for the right person to be part of our 5-time Diamond Award-winning company. A Recruiter at PrideStaff is part of an internal sales, recruiting, and staffing team.

This is not a remote position.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm.

Compensation/pay rate,$16-$21 Plus commission

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Achieve recruiting and sales targets
• Utilize various recruiting approaches and recruiting tools including online, networking, direct recruiting, and generating recruiting referrals.
• Building a career as a Recruiter at PrideStaff includes the following sales, staffing, and recruiting duties:
• Previous experience staffing for General Labor positions in Manufacturing
• Create great experiences by matching the right candidates with the right jobs
• Achieve recruiting and sales targets
• Utilize various recruiting approaches and recruiting tools including online, networking, direct recruiting, and generating recruiting referrals
• Ensure quality staffing placements through detailed interviewing and evaluations
• Develop sales with a relationship-based sales approach
• Ability to multitask
• An aptitude for sales
• Team player, positive attitude, and a passion for helping others

Job Requirements:

• Tech-savvy and good data entry skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Team player, positive attitude, and a passion for helping others
• English language skills suitable for a business setting are required
• Experience in staffing is a plus.
