Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Experience working in educational or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a school-based team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students requiring physical therapy services
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each student’s needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to team discussions
